Luxury fashion brand Mulberry has long positioned sustainability at the heart of its operations. As a B Corp, it combines heritage craftsmanship with forward-thinking climate ambition.

Working with Ecologi, Mulberry has used climate action to build employee engagement and bring its sustainability story to life across the business. It’s created clear moments for people to take part in, strengthening understanding, ownership and momentum as the company works towards its wider net-zero goals.

After setting a target to reach net zero by 2030, Hawksmoor began calculating its carbon footprint in detail. The data revealed where energy use was highest, where emissions were concentrated and where change would deliver the greatest impact.

Deliberate - Putting the 3Rs into practice

Focus: Reduce your emissions, Restore our planet, Report your progress

Deliberate is a digital consultancy embedding climate leadership into its operations and decision making. In partnership with Ecologi, the team has integrated all three elements of the 3Rs Framework, reducing emissions, restoring nature and reporting progress with transparency.

The team used Ecologi Zero to measure its business carbon footprint and turn the results into a clear plan for action.

With a baseline in place, Deliberate has integrated sustainability into day-to-day operations. That includes formalising sustainable travel policies (with rail as the default), supporting employees to make greener choices in a remote working setup, and working more closely with freelancers to better understand and account for value chain emissions.
